SMART BODY PREPARATION

Our SMART BODY preparation relies on of automated lines for dosing raw materials, drum mills in capacities ranging between 200 liters and 38,000 liters suitable for grinding body and glaze, dissolvers and turbine mixers for perfect homogenisation. The range is completed by fast and slow stirrers, vibrating screens and iron separators; all the machines are manufactured by Sacmi for excellent reliability. The main machines are supervised by a HERE supervision system. Thanks to the experience and know-how of our SACMI Research Centre, customers can rely on extensive expertise to make their own ceramic bodies.

SMART CORE LINE

The core of the production process, the current state of the art of sanitary technology excellence. Thanks to the experience gained over 30-plus years, Sacmi can guarantee certain results and total control over the production process. High pressure casting with nearly a thousand installed machines is completed by traditional casting, resin moulds and modelling, drying, and robotised glazing thanks to 3 Gaiotto robot models - with well over a thousand units installed. Riedhammer, German health care technology and beyond, produces kilns ensuring excellent output performance. 

SMART HANDLING & AUTOMATION

Thanks to the experience acquired in the tile industry, factory handling is now fully automated, as is storage and work piece curing time management, with endless possibilities to supervise the process in 4.0. terms. We use the most modern and advanced laser guiding technology. Addition, the vision system technology, also derived from other Sacmi Group applications, has allowed us to develop a robotic inspection system for sanitaryware.
